Miss C: What's that?

Dr Mike: Its when a blood vessel pops inside the the eye.

Miss C: Do you know how this happened?

Dr Mike: It can be caused by sneezing or coughing, especially if prolonged or violent.

Miss C: Well I have been coughing a lot lately. 

Dr Mike: Thats probably why.

Miss C: Is there any way to get rid of it.

Dr Mike: No Treatment is required it will fade in 1 to 2 weeks.

Miss C: Thank you doctor.

200 hundred word story.

I’m a ninja jumping from rooftop to rooftop though the city. I hear a cry from a crazy old lady. I go to see what’s happening. The crazy old lady yells.

“HE STOLE MY RING”

“Who stole your ring” I say

“That man running away” She yells at me

“I’ll be right back” I shout over my shoulder as I sprint after the guy.

As I run I keep seeing this random man in doorways on roofs and down alleyways.

Im closing in on the guy when out of nowhere and huge explosion.

I feel my head smack the concrete and see turn and see the unmistakable face… Terminator. I feel myself lose consciousness.

I wake up in a side alley. My head is throbbing now I really hate that guy.

I going to find him. I’ll cut him up and fed him to the lions at the zoo. Except he's made out of metal. But I’ll still cut him.

“You can try” Says a dirty old homeless man.

“I didn't even know I was talking out loud” I say

“The Terminator, He’s been stealing stuff from this city forever”

The old man said.

“Do you know where he’s going” I ask the old guy.

“Yea, he’s up in that cave in mountain” Says the old man

“I’ll be right back” I said as I leave

I’m half way up to the cave. When the weird sinister stranger come out of nowhere holding a rocket launcher. I sprint straight at him. He fire’s. I go down on my knees and slide under the RPG get up and keep running. Pull out my sword, cut him in half His legs stay standing but his torso falls over the edge. “Out of sight out of mind” I whispered to myself.

Finally I reach the cave and there he is just standing there. With a sword.

I draw my own and charge him. Our swords clash sending sparks everywhere. He threw me down. He takes aim with his gun, I throw my sword It jammed the gun barrel and it exploded in his face taking his head off. I return to town a hero.

Hike around NZ

Last Friday on the 16th May Brando Yelavich came to our school and told us about his adventure around NZ. It happened in the hall at our school during assembly. So far he has travelled from the top of NZ to the bottom and back up to the Mount but he still has to go all the way back up to the top of the country. He wants to change his life because he got in trouble with the police. So he started fundraising for the Ronald McDonald House. So far he has raised $15,755.00 and his goal is 20,000.00.

In this game you get a link to a wiki page and you have to use the links on the page to find a certain link. You have to use a few links to get it right. You have to try and get the link with as little clicks as you can. eg: Lyndon B. eg: You start with Johnson → President of the United States → United States → Interracial marriage → Wedding. And try to get Wedding.

Click cards

Click cards are these red cards with a blue border. In the border there is 40 spaces where you can get a click, you can get one click per day. If you get your name on the board you might not get a click. If you get your name and a X you won't get a click that day and you have to write a reflection. If you're absent you won't get a click but if you are absent with a school thing you will get one. Once you finish a card you get a stars band that you can wear. When you finish 3 cards you get a stars badge.

S.T.A.R.S cards are white cards that you get given for following the stars. Each week at house hui 2 cards get pulled out of the box and those people get a prize. When you get a card in the box it stays there for the rest of the year, each house has a box and a the end of the year all boxes get put in one box and Mrs Colville picks one that person get a brand new bike.
